Fixing Back Pain For Good

The Guided Course is three months long. The point of this course is to educate you on why you have back pain, how the body works through tension, and where the root cause of your pain is coming from. The course comes with a training program broken up into three phases. First, we create safety in the body and mind. The second phase will build confidence in the body through proper stress and load. The third phase is about creating consistency to ensure you can enjoy life with confidence that the back and hip pain won't come back.

Through the pre-recorded video modules, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the root causes of pain and effective solutions to overcome back pain and discomfort. These modules delve into the intricacies of the nervous system, the holistic functioning of our body, basic anatomy, and the multi-faceted nature of pain, encompassing physical, mental, and emotional aspects.

As part of the course, you will be welcomed into a supportive private community. Here, you can freely share your experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance. The program, divided into three phases, is designed to foster safety and connection within your body. It also provides a maintenance program, reassuring you that back and hip pain can be kept at bay with the support of the community.

Throughout the three-month course, we will have six personalized calls. These calls are dedicated to answering your questions, offering guidance tailored to your needs, and providing new insights into your program. All calls will be recorded and posted on the community, ensuring you can revisit the valuable information shared. An outline of each call will also be posted, further enhancing your learning experience.
