Subscriptions Policy

​

Our policy on subscription based services is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can ask for a refund. A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the services. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Events Policy

​

We at RichardAceves.com understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes plans must be adjusted. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets for any event organized by RichardAceves.com.

Refund Criteria:

1. Full Refund:

Clients are eligible for a full refund if they notify us via email at info@richardaceves.com at least two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled event date.

2. No Refund:

Requests for refunds made less than two weeks (14 days) before the event will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued once this deadline has passed, regardless of the reason for cancellation. We can give you credit to a future event if you find out you cannot attend the event within 14 days of the event.

How to Request a Refund or credit for a future event:

To initiate a refund request, please send an email to info@richardaceves.com with the following details:

- Subject: Refund Request: [Event Name]
- Your Full Name
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Refund Request (if applicable)

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and verify your refund request, we will process it within 7-10 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued using the original method of payment used during the purchase.
