This live online SWAMI session is a guided breathwork experience for anyone who feels stressed, tight, or disconnected and wants a safe way to come back to their body. You’ll be lying on the floor (or a mat), learning how to breathe, create tension, and let go of tension on purpose instead of bracing, pushing through, or shutting down.
SWAMI combines simple breath patterns with specific muscle contractions and positions to show you where your body hides stress and how to release it. You’ll use a smooth inhale through the nose and relaxed exhale through the lips to raise vagal tone and HRV, calm your nervous system, and build the skill of staying present without holding your breath or “playing dead” when things get hard.
