Movement
The body is asked to move in ways that interrupt habit. Not to perform. Not to get fit. To notice what shows up when the usual strategies are unavailable.

BODY KNOWS
Movement. Breath. Transformation.
An immersive experience for people who know something needs to change—but haven’t been able to change it through thinking alone.
You’ll be taken to BODY KNOWS to apply for the next immersion or join the waitlist.
Understand it. Talk about it. Analyze it. Repeat it.
BODY KNOWS takes you out of the conversation and into experience.
The experience
A physical way into awareness.
BODY KNOWS creates space to step outside your usual patterns long enough to experience yourself differently.
The days are built from movement, breath, stillness, challenge, and attention. The structure is held. What you meet inside it is yours.

01
The body is asked to move in ways that interrupt habit. Not to perform. Not to get fit. To notice what shows up when the usual strategies are unavailable.
02
Breath is used as an entry point—something you can feel. Attention moves from analysis into sensation: where it is easy, where it is held, where it wants to leave.
03
Periods of stillness sit alongside physical work. Not as an escape from the body, but as another way of staying with what is already happening.
04
Effort is part of the design. Challenge reveals the urge to stop, control, perform, or push through. The work is to stay present with that—not to win at it.
05
The group is small so the work can be specific. You are not asked to follow a script. You are asked to participate, pay attention, and work with what is true for you.
06
Time is given to name what you noticed. Not to explain it away. Not to be told what it means. To let experience have language without replacing the experience.
07
The immersion ends. Life does not. Integration is the attention you take with you—not a prescription for who to become when you leave.

What we explore

01
Awareness through sensation: tension, stress, fear, breath, and effort.
02
The habits of control, avoidance, performance, fear, and repetition.
03
Not fitness. Not performance. A pathway into experience.
04
An entry point into physical awareness and presence.
05
The urge to stop, avoid, control, escape, or push through.
06
The difference between knowing something and experiencing it.
Who it’s for
You may be successful, capable, and self-aware. You may also know that something is not working.
You do not need to have the answer. You need to be willing to look.

BODY KNOWS is not a spa weekend, a yoga retreat, a fitness camp, traditional therapy, or a promise that someone else can change your life for you.
It is a physical, individualized experience for people willing to participate fully.
