Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Golden Skulls Inc, doing business as Richard Aceves. They cover this website and the coaching, education, retreat, and product offers described on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the site.

The brands on this site

Richardaceves.com is the hub. Moved Academy (courses and certification, checked out on Thinkific), Movement Ayahuasca (retreats), and the MOVED Store (training equipment and apparel on Shopify) are related brands. When a button takes you to one of those sites, that site’s checkout terms also apply. This website does not process card payments.

No medical advice

Richard Aceves is a movement coach, not a physician, physical therapist, or mental-health clinician. Nothing on this site — including Fixing Back Pain For Good, SWAMI, retreats, or assessments — is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. If you have had surgery, a disc injury, or any condition that makes movement risky, talk to your clinician before you start. You use the programs at your own risk.

Accounts and forms

If a partner platform (Thinkific, Shopify, Zoom) creates an account for you, you are responsible for that login. Do not submit false information. We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful to the work or to other people.

Intellectual property

The writing, videos, assessments, SWAMI method, Movement Ayahuasca name, Moved Academy materials, and site design belong to Richard Aceves / Golden Skulls Inc or their licensors. Buying a course or attending a retreat gives you a personal license to use the materials for your own practice or, where a coach program says so, with your own clients. It does not let you copy, resell, or rebrand the curriculum.

Sister sites and third parties

Links to Thinkific, Shopify, Zoom, YouTube, podcast hosts, and other sites are there so you can buy, book, or listen. We are not responsible for those sites’ content or uptime. Read their terms before you pay or submit data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Golden Skulls Inc, Richard Aceves, and their affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of use, arising from the site or the services. Direct liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific offer that gave rise to the claim in the prior month, or one dollar if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; in those places, they apply only as far as the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction. You waive a jury trial to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
