When life stays in your head, your body often gets quieter.

The day keeps moving. You stay capable, busy, and a little far from yourself — tight, flat, restless, or simply hard to read.

Swami at Home is a guided practice for that gap. Breath, gentle movement, attention, and rest, at a pace you can return to. It is not a performance, and it does not ask you to force a feeling.

The practice

What Is Swami?

Swami combines breath, movement, gentle muscular engagement, attention, and rest. The practice is designed to help you slow down, notice what is present, and build a repeatable relationship with your body.

Gentle muscular engagement, then a softer exhale.

  3. 03

    Notice

Attention to breath, contact, effort, and ease.

  4. 04

    Rest

Time to settle before you return to the day.

What’s Inside Swami at Home

Three Full 60-Minute Swami Sessions

Three complete guided practices, each with its own pacing, emphasis, and options. Choose variations that support the way your body feels and what your day calls for.

Variations That Meet You Where You Are

Adapt the position, pace, intensity, breath, and rest. The practice is designed to support personal choice rather than force a single “right” way to participate.

Routines for Real Life

A Practice Built Around Choice

You stay in charge. This is an educational practice, not medical care or psychotherapy.

  • Adjust your position, pace, and effort.
  • Pause, rest, or return to a simpler variation whenever needed.
  • Let your breath and body guide the practice rather than pushing through.
  • Come back to the sessions as your needs change over time.

Meet Richard Aceves

Richard Aceves is a movement educator and coach who creates practical, body-based experiences that help people build more awareness, choice, and connection in the way they move and live.

He is the founder of Moved Academy. Swami at Home comes from that work: a guided way to practice breath, gentle engagement, and rest in your own environment — not a certification and not a promise of a particular outcome.
